I have the same problem, where i can download path for this problem? I've heard that file "raspppoe.sys" from Vista can help but I want official fix. And i also can not use Problem step recorder or update site from windows 7, because my connection to internet is not working there... thanks

i have the same problem with the file raspppoe.sys i get a blue screen when i try to connect to the internet... i tried with windows vista file but it doesnt work, u get error 619, so i'm trying to get official fix

I have exactly same problem, can't go to the Internet cuz of Error 651. I've replaced with vista's raspppoe.sys, and still error 651. Waiting for the official FIX.
